Please note that the Bangladesh authorities require different requirements for each country to process the visitor’s visa. Keep in mind that the sooner you register the more time you will have to process the Bangladeshi visa. To download the list of countries that do not need visa requests/arrival visa, click here. Registration fee includes conference materials, free tea and refreshment during congress, lunch and dinner as decided by congress and *airport pick up and drop (*Only for foreigner who will stay in BCDM accommodation)
Registration Guidelines
- Country: SAARC countries in the SAARC group i.e. South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation includes countries of Afghanistan, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka besides Bangladesh
- There are three types of attendees: Registered Delegate, Student (Registered Graduate student) and Accompanying person. (spouse of the registered delegate – ONLY)
- Registration charges are including GST (18%), as applicable.
- Registration charges are excluding Bank Charges (3%).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 100% refund for any cancellation request received by 31 July 2024
- 50% refund for any cancellation request received by 15 August 2024
- No refund after 30 August, 2024
